Sam is a partner in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Services practice.
He has 16 years of experience in providing assurance and business advisory services to global and local clients across a wide range of industries, including those in the asset management, telecommunications, entertainment and media sectors.
He has extensive experience in leading a wide range of engagements, including assurance, due diligence review, internal controls review, and investigation projects. He also led a number of large-scale Hong Kong and US initial public offering engagements.
